By accessing or using EasyRPH, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are intended for individual educators unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable Use
- Use EasyRPH only for lawful, educational purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Do not upload content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you choose. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your account settings, and changes take effect at the end of the current period unless stated otherwise.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the lesson plans you create. EasyRPH owns the platform, software, and branding. You grant EasyRPH permission to process your content only to deliver the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law. You can stop using EasyRPH at any time by cancelling your subscription.
Disclaimers and Liability
EasyRPH is provided on an as-is basis. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyRPH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
